Step 2: Sealing the Deal + Conceptual Design Phase
Seal the Deal: Where We Get Married (sort of)
No cold feet here! After nailing down the services you're going to need from us, we'll finalize our Design Services Letter of Agreement for signature and collect payment for design fees. The paperwork may sound formal, but it's a necessary step to ensure everything's on track we move forward in working on the amazing ideas we already have for your space!
The Conceptual Design Phase: Where Ideas Take Flight
Like sketching the outline for a masterpiece, this is where we start to lay the groundwork for what's to come! We document your space, capturing your input, desires, and inspiration images to help us envision your home from every angle. Then, our team gets to work brainstorming, making initial selections, and fine-tuning floor plans.
Step 3: Trade Day + Detailed Design Phase
Trade Day: Where We Meet the Crew
Enter Trade Day – a day of connection, collaboration, and creativity. We gather with skilled artisans, vendors, and general contractors who'll be weaving their magic into your project. It's like a symphony of expertise playing a harmonious tune. We conduct trade day to check design feasibility and ballpark estimates
Detailed Design Phase: Where We Nurture Every Detail
In this phase, we refine and fine-tune. Final materials selections are made, estimates are gathered, and floor plans are polished to perfection, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. This Phase culminates into a Design Presentation for the grand reveal of everything we've dreamed up for your home!
Step 4: Design Presentation + Design Plan Approval
Design Presentation: Where We Knock Your Socks Off
In an in-person meeting, we lay out all the materials, plans, and estimates before you. It's the exciting moment you've been waiting for most where you witness your vision coming to life before your very eyes.
Design Plan Approval: Where You Say "YES!"
It's the moment when you enthusiastically embrace our vision for your home, and eagerly approve all the materials and concepts we've meticulously presented. This step is the ultimate sigh of relief on our part as it signifies the incredible alignment of our design expertise and your aspirations. It's a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions that truly resonate with our clients.
Step 5: Order Management + Project Implementation
Order Management: Where it Gets Nitty-Gritty
With plans solidified, we spring into action! Behind-the-scenes we meticulously place orders, receive and catalog materials, and schedule on-time, seamless deliveries. Procurement isn't as easy as we make it sound, but we're pros at navigating delays and damages - saving your sanity in the process!
Project Implementation: Where We Turn Dreams Into Reality
As the project unfolds, we become the choreographers of your design symphony, ensuring every note is played to perfection. We're hands-on, working along side the on-site team, coordinating site visits, providing weekly recaps, and ensuring every design detail is executed flawlessly.
Step 6: Installation + Final Project REVEAL!!
Installation: Where We Bring it all to Life
We're charging towards the finish line as furnishings and finishes are carefully placed, window treatments are hung, and we install the final touches that make your house a home. Every corner is infused with intentional touches and sweet moments that bring your space to life.
Final Project Reveal: Where You (May) Cry *Happy* Tears
It's the culmination of months of collaboration, creativity, planning, and sheer dedication. The candles are lit. Soft music is playing. The tissues are nearby. Cori slowly opens the door and says, "Welcome Home", revealing your brand new space. It's absolutely the fairytale moment you've been waiting for, and we're so honored to be a part of it!
